Kallavesi, with its skating rinks and cross-country ski trails, remains a popular outdoor destination for residents of Kuopio even in winter. The frozen lake attracts outdoor enthusiasts in many ways.
We offer rental equipment for winter activities (recreational skates, kick sleds, skis) as well as café and bar services on the M/S Queen R, which is securely anchored at Kuopio Passenger Harbor during the winter season, right next to the ski trails and skating rink.
Note: We operate according to weather conditions, so opening hours may change on short notice.
